- AAAlistairMay 3, 20261.0Waited 10 minutes for 3 coffees with no one else inside and a busy drive-through. One young staff member was working nonstop while an older employee stood watching the ice machine empty and refused to help when her colleague asked. Poor behaviours - suspect weak management.

I then drove to the next window, where a staff member saw me and ignored me. It’s a shame that McDonald’s, such a big company, has so many staff members who don’t respect customers. The minimum level of respect would be to answer the speaker and say, “just a minute please, we are busy,” but instead, there was no response and I was ignored as a customer. Well done!!
